El Desafío is a Colombian reality competition show. In the program, a group of participants live in isolation and face physical and mental tests to win prizes, immunities, and avoid elimination. The contestants are divided into teams, live together and must learn to work in a group, although there are also rivalries, strategies and conflicts. Throughout the program, values such as resistance, discipline, coexistence and decision-making under pressure are tested. The ultimate goal is to reach the last stage and win the Challenge, demonstrating strength, intelligence, and ability to adapt to difficult situations.
