Valencina is an elderly woman. She is tall and has emerald green eyes and long, dull blonde hair that obscures her right eye. She wore the Thumb Group's uniform, which consisted of a rose-red jacket, trousers, a wide-brimmed hat, and an untied ribbon over an ivory shirt that unbuttoned the top.
