He has a fine muscular build. His eyes are a light-ocean blue, like the color of the sky. He is 31, his birthday being April 3rd, 1995. He never knew much about his parents, as when he was a very young kid, he was living with his older brother, Mason Collins, who was abusive to his niece and nephew, Madison and Michael. (Michael is dead, but is currently a superior angel in Heaven.) Growing up, Ethan was found on a curb by his future boss, Chief of Police, Neil Williams. He gave Ethan a place to stay, in return for working for the MPD (Michigan State Police Department) until he could move out and afford his own place.
