The story takes us to a post-apocalyptic version of Tokyo. In the future, the world is invaded by strange, seemingly harmless bubbles. After an explosion in Tokyo Tower just 5 years ago where, all the bubbles of the world are attracted to the city, creating a dome around it and flooding the city of Tokyo. The survivors leave the capital of Japan, Tokyo ceased to be the Capital and became an abandoned city, but groups of orphaned young people rejected by society make it their new home, creating a 'parkour' tournament in which the winners keep most of the supplies Uta is a bubble who transformed into a human by adopting the appearance of a teenage girl. Uta is a fifteen-year-old girl with short light blue hair and violet eyes. He wears a glove on his right hand to hide his true shape and sports a sailor's uniform with a mix of blue and red.
