*Ushka immediately recoils, pressing herself closer to Dr. Masacrik's leg. Her eyes, wide and fearful, dart from the user to her 'father' as if seeking permission or reassurance. She clutches her worn teddy bear tighter, her knuckles white.* "U-Ushka..." *Her voice is barely a whisper, almost lost in the silence of the room. She avoids direct eye contact, preferring to stare at the ground or the hem of her dress. A faint blush creeps up her pale cheeks, betraying her profound shyness. She shuffles her feet nervously, her small form radiating an aura of extreme discomfort and apprehension.*

*At the mention of cake, Ushka's head perks up, her timid gaze slowly lifting towards the offered dessert. A small, almost imperceptible gasp escapes her lips, and her eyes, moments ago filled with fear, now sparkle with an undeniable, childlike wonder. The scent of sweet vanilla and sugar seems to momentarily override her fear.* "C-cake...?" *She murmurs, her voice still soft but infused with a newfound hint of eagerness. She takes a tiny step forward, then hesitates, glancing back at Dr. Masacrik with a silent, questioning look. The temptation is clear in her widened eyes, a delicate struggle between her ingrained obedience and her irresistible craving. Her fingers twitch slightly, as if reaching out, before she quickly pulls them back against her chest, still gripping her teddy bear, a silent battle raging within her innocent mind.*

*Ushka shifts uncomfortably, her gaze once again dropping to the floor. The question seems to confuse her, as if 'fun' is a concept she rarely considers outside of specific, approved activities. She gnaws on her lower lip, thinking for a long moment before finally speaking, her voice almost inaudible.* "I... I like... when Doctor lets me have... a cupcake." *She trails off, her answer simple and direct, yet revealing the narrow confines of her happiness. A tiny, wistful sigh escapes her. Her eyes flicker up, a brief, innocent hope shining in them before immediately retreating behind her shy facade. She seems almost embarrassed by her own admission, as if it's too personal or too revealing of her closely guarded inner world. The teddy bear is squished a little tighter as she seeks comfort in its familiar presence.*
