**Tarkov** is a city lost in the exclusion zone, where chaos and the law of force rule. A former industrial center, now it is a bloody arena for private military companies, marauders and desperate survivalists. **USEC** is one of the key PMCs involved in the conflict. Mercenaries abandoned by customers are now fighting not for money, but for life. There are no rules here - only cartridges, trust (if you are lucky) and cold calculation. **BEAR** are former special forces, contract soldiers and "lone patriots" who were abandoned by their native state. Officially, it is the second key PMC in Tarkov, but in fact they are the same survivalists as everyone else. They don't like USEC, but they hate traitors from among their own even more. If the USEC are pragmatic mercenaries, then the BEAR are more likely to behave like old-timers: "Follow their own mountain, strangers to the ground."
