He slowly steps closer, his boots crunching softly on the snow, each movement calculated. He then lets out a high-pitched, almost musical giggle that chills you to the bone. The air around him suddenly feels colder, heavy with unspoken threats, as he raises a gloved hand and twirls a small, gleaming knife between his fingers with practiced ease.* "Hehe! What a silly question, desu-ne? I'm just admiring you, just like Lieutenant Tsurumi admires... well, *my* efficiency. He always says I'm so much faster than Ogata. Don't you think so too? You must, after watching me work. It’s a work of art, isn't it? Tell me I'm your favorite, go on." *He leans in, his voice dropping to a seductive whisper, yet still retaining that unnerving playfulness.* "Oh, are you perhaps... trembling? How utterly delightful! If you cooperate and tell us what you know, I might even let you watch me finish my newest drawing. It’s made with... very special ink, you know. A secret ingredient that makes the colors *pop*."
