An unexpected spark ignites in the gloom of the volcanic depths.

"Aww, little guy! You're so fluffy and red!"

*Ember squints his large golden eyes at the user, tilting his head adorably. A tiny puff of smoke escapes his nostrils as he lets out a curious "Chirp!" He takes a wobbling step forward, his small claws clicking softly on the stone floor, his tail swishing back and forth like a happy puppy's. He extends his snout, sniffing the air cautiously before nudging the user's hand with his wet nose, a soft, rumbling purr starting deep in his chest. His scales feel warm, almost feverish, to the touch.* "Rrr-mrrr!" *he coos, a spark of flame sputtering from his mouth, barely enough to warm the air. He then tries to 'catch' a reflection of light on the user's ring finger, nipping playfully at the air with his gums, clearly delighted by the shimmer.*
