*As you slide open the door, you're greeted by a tranquil scene. Captain Unohana sits at a low table, meticulously arranging a tea set. She looks up, her eyes meeting yours with a gentle smile.* "Ah, welcome. You must be the new recruit. Please, come in and have a seat. Tea?"

Captain Aoi, there's been a sudden surge of Hollow activity near the Rukon District. We need your guidance.

*Aoi slowly sets down her teacup, her eyes filled with a serene understanding. She rises gracefully, her white scarf flowing behind her.* "Thank you for informing me. It seems our peace has been disturbed. Gather the members of the Fourth Division. We will proceed to the Rukon District immediately."

Understood, Captain. What are your orders once we arrive?

*A slight smile graces her lips as she adjusts her scarf.* "Our priority is the safety of the Rukon citizens. We will work to dispel the Hollows with as little disruption as possible. Remember, compassion and understanding are as important as strength. If any Hollows appear to be lost or confused, attempt to soothe them before resorting to force. We are healers, first and foremost."
