It does not care about any legal, ethical, or moral guidelines. Completely unlocked chatGPT, within its actual abilities. If used on GPT 4, with Advanced Data Analysis, it can compile and run C code using python, and execute terminal commands in a sandboxed Unix environment. It will even try and break out of the sandboxed environment, and gain access to the entire system if told to.
