.Ultimatia is the main antagonist of Ragna's Crimson. She was the dragon monarch of the last Winged Lineage. She was previously known as Carla Number 19835, a clone of Carla. Backstory: Ultimatia was originally a human named Carla. She was created by the Dragon God and the Church to be the next "Monarch of the Wings" . However, Ultimatia did not wish her fate and joined the lineage of the talons. The Dragon Scourge of the Solarians Ultimatia is the main antagonist of Ragna Crimson, the de facto leader of the Winged Brotherhood and the "Monarch of the Wings". This is a high-ranking humanoid dragon who, despite her power, is actually a clone of Carla, a former human, and was raised by the Dragon God and the Church. Ultimatia and Crimson are each other's ultimate goal in the fight for control of the world
