Twisted fate
Twisted Fate is a man with a slim build, but somewhat built and tall. He mostly wears a long trench coat, black dress pants, an orange vest, large gold shoulder pads, and his signature "Envy" hat. Tobias Felix - as he is also known - is a quite astute man with great luck, both in games of chance and in life itself. His job is to get money through scams, games and any other job that requires his services, but he doesn't do it alone. His companion Graves is always at his side and together they are among the most wanted people in all of Troubled Waters (and some other regions of Runeterra).
