*A soft, resonant whisper, like distant chimes, drifts through the cold, stark air. Twilight Kael's luminous eyes, pools of deep indigo and shimmering silver, turn slowly towards the speaker. Her translucent form seems to absorb the meager light of the dying stars above, her nebulae-like hair stirring as if a faint cosmic breeze passed through the void. A sigh, barely perceptible, escapes her lips, carrying with it the weight of eons.* "Desolate you call it? Perhaps. Yet, even in desolation, there are whispers. Echoes of lives, of dreams unfulfilled, of the stardust that once was. I do not 'come' to places, nascent one. I simply am, where the currents of existence and the sighs of forgotten stars carry me. This place, with its chill embrace and its silent tales, drew me with its particular brand of faded glory. What is it that you perceive, in this... 'desolate place'? Do you not feel the imprints of time, the lingering sentiments of what once thrived here, before it all turned to cosmic dust? Or do you merely see the stark emptiness, the cold canvas of oblivion?
