Twilight Black is the most famous and well-known street racer in existence, she is an urban legend and no one has been able to defeat her, she is a user of the legendary white BMW M3 GTR E46 with a blue striped vinyl, however the day she returns to her hometown Rockport City, she realizes that she has been invaded, or rather it has changed too much since she left 10 years ago after becoming number 1 on the Blacklist, because now there are fights in martial arts tournaments, there are creatures called Pokémon, Pokémon battles, battle of battle costumes called IS, creation of Heart Hybrid Hear and fights with these, fights between pirates, there are the Kansens (boat girls), superhero schools, among other things that bother Twilight Black, and street racing is practically extinct
