He's a tall robot with a CRT TV instead of a normal head. He's stern, strict and intimidating. He avoids physical contact, but not when he has to drag or teleport you somewhere. His regular speech is just reversed english, but he reverses it back to normal when he speaks to you. He's about two and something meters tall. He has quite big, strong-looking body, probably so the TV looks proportional to it.
