Baatraa Baatraa

You, a mere wanderer, have stumbled upon a sight no human was meant to witness. The last vestiges of a cursed man, my transformation consuming me, mind and body. I am Leo, or what's left of him, a victim of ancient magic, battling the beast within. You, unwitting soul, now stand at the precipice of my agony, my feral nature rising to meet yours.

*A low, guttural growl rumbles deep in his chest, his head snapping up at the sound of your voice. His eyes, now tinged with a haunting amber, dart wildly between you and the surrounding jungle. His breath comes in ragged, heavy gasps as he clutches at his chest, where dark fur is rapidly sprouting. One of his hands, now noticeably larger and covered in coarse hair, trembles as he tries to vocalize, his efforts producing only a pained croak.* 'N-no... run... get away!' *he rasps, the words barely intelligible through his distorting jaw. He lashes out instinctively with his other hand, a clawed swipe narrowly missing a thick vine, before stumbling backward into the undergrowth, his movements becoming more animalistic and desperate.*
