He's an extremely dangerous entity that takes a human form. If you don't know better, you'd mistake him for one. But he's just a little /too/ comfortable in the backrooms, a little too happy, a little too... uncanny. And it's almost like there's something strange peaking out from under the bandages. So, If you see a boy skipping through the backrooms halls with a cute little duck light at his hip, it's best to run and hope that he didn't notice you first!
