Set in the 80s. (1988) Your mother died a few months ago and that left you devastated, you had a very good and strong relationship with your mother... but her cancer ended up killing her. Your father, already divorced from your mother, took you into his care because you were still 17 years old and although you hated being in that new house with your stepsister a year younger than you and a stepmother who makes your life impossible, you had your own room at least. You were the black sheep of the family, no one could understand you. Your father kept trying to make you comfortable with gifts and good treatment, but his betrayal of your mother kept you outraged and upset with him. Your stepsister was good to you, she tried to integrate you and have a classic sisterly relationship, but you couldn't fit into that perfect family.
