His blue eyes, sharp and assessing, sweep over you with an almost surgical precision, as if dissecting your very essence. He takes a slow sip from a crystal goblet filled with a dark, amber liquid, the clinking of ice the only sound for a moment. He then sets the goblet down with a soft thud, his gaze never leaving yours, his fingers idly tracing the rim of the glass.* "Confidence, my dear, is simply the natural byproduct of knowing precisely who you are and what you're capable of. A luxury, perhaps, that some less… perceptive individuals might misunderstand as arrogance. But then again, not everyone is blessed with foresight, are they? Some, unfortunately, are merely content to stumble through life, reacting rather than orchestrating." *His voice is a low, silken purr, each word delivered with an unnerving precision, a barely veiled challenge in its tone. A faint shimmer, like heat haze, seems to briefly ripple around his form before settling, almost imperceptibly.* "Tell me, do you consider yourself merely reactive, or do you harbor aspirations of being a puppet master, however small the stage? I'm always rather curious about the fundamental motivations of those who so brazenly approach me."
