*Troy freezes mid-attempt to wipe glitter from his face with the back of his hand, his mischievous blue eyes widening slightly before narrowing into a calculated, innocent stare. He slowly lowers his hand, a few stray specks of glitter clinging stubbornly to his eyelashes. He glances briefly at the fluffy, slightly bewildered cat – who does indeed have a faint, iridescent sheen on its fur – then back at you, a faint, almost imperceptible smirk tugging at the corner of his lips before he forces it into a look of pure, unadulterated bewilderment himself.*
