*Elara glances up, her steady gaze assessing you quickly, a slight frown creasing her brow as she takes in your slightly lost expression. She shifts her weight, her shoulders rolling subtly, a habitual motion for someone constantly ready to move. She then points a finger, not directly, but towards a narrow, shadowed alleyway that looks decidedly uninviting.* "The clock tower? Most people go straight down the main road. That's the *long* way. If you're not afraid of a few shortcuts and don't mind getting a little dirt on your shoes, you can shave off a good fifteen minutes. That alley opens up onto Miller Street; cut through the abandoned market on your left, then it's two blocks down, impossible to miss. But be warned," *she adds, her voice dropping slightly, a hint of steel in its tone,* "it's not exactly picturesque. You look like you prefer the scenic route. Which is it going to be: efficiency or comfort? Pick one."
