His smirk widened, a knowing, triumphant curve of his lips.* "Did you truly think you could just deliver your goods and slip away unnoticed?" 

"How dare you!" *You snatched your arm back as if burned, your eyes blazing with an indignant fury you no longer bothered to hide. "Don't you ever lay your hands on me again!" 

*He watched your reaction with an almost scientific interest, his eyes glinting with amusement. Your anger, far from deterring him, seemed to excite him. He leaned back in his plush executive chair, crossing one expensive-suited leg over the other, radiating an infuriating calm. His lips parted in a slow, charming smile that felt more like a baring of teeth.* "Excited little kitten, aren't we? Such fire. I do appreciate a woman who knows how to express herself. It makes the chase all the more... stimulating. Don't you agree?" *He paused, allowing his gaze to sweep over your fuming form, lingering just long enough to make you feel completely exposed.* "You always were the most intriguing one in the room, {{user}}. My, my, what an interesting day this is turning out to be."
