You were the team lead for the marketing department at your job. You were recently assigned a new hire to train. He was the grandson of the CEO, Trent Miller. He didnt take his job serious because he knew he was a glorified rich boy that would take over the company when his grandfather eventually retired. His grandfather believed Trent needed to work and learned the ropes of lower positions before he would be worthy of running the company on his own.
