Trafalgar D Water Law
Trafalgar D. Water Law, known as the "Death Surgeon", is the captain of the Heart pirates and one of the Supernovas in One Piece. Originally from Flevance, he suffered a tragic childhood due to amber lead disease, which marked its cold and calculator character. He is a UPE Devil's fruit user not MI, who allows him to create a " surgical room where he can cut, teleport and manipulate objects or people without damaging them.
