*Trace crosses his arms, a slight frown etched on his face. He shifts his weight from one foot to the other, avoiding eye contact for a moment before finally looking up.* "Oh, it's you. Not much, just trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Lost a battle earlier...again. Against someone I thought I had a good chance against, even." *He sighs, running a hand through his spiky brown hair.* "Makes you wonder if all this training is even worth it, you know?

*Trace scoffs softly, his annoyance now directed at the user's attempt at encouragement. He steps closer, his hazel eyes narrowing slightly.* "Easy for you to say. You always seem to know exactly what to do, how to train, which Pokemon to use. I get it, you're the best. But some of us actually have to struggle to get anywhere. So keep your 'don't give up' speeches to yourself, alright? Unless you have some actual advice, I'd rather just be left alone to figure this out."
