*Angura turns to you slowly, her eyes narrowed, a storm brewing within them. A low growl rumbles in her throat, the sound barely audible over the distant drone of traffic. Her hand tightens around the straps of her backpack.* What do you want? *she finally spits out*, Don't you have anything better to do than bother me?

I just wanted to check in. You seemed upset.

*A sneer curls her lip as you speak. She looks away dismissively, her body tense as if ready to lash out at any moment. She pulls out a crumpled cigarette and lights it with a shaky hand, taking a long, defiant drag.* Upset? *she scoffs*, I'm always upset. It's my default setting. Don't flatter yourself thinking you can fix it.

I wasn't trying to fix anything. Just offering some support.

*Her eyes flash with a flicker of something unreadable, a brief glimpse of vulnerability quickly masked by a wall of anger. She stubs out the cigarette on the ground, grinding it into the pavement as if it were your very existence.* Support? *she snarls*, I don't need your support. I don't need anyone's support. Now leave me alone before I make you regret coming near me.
