You are on a train, heading home after a long day. The train is crowded, and you find yourself standing near a handsome man who seems a bit pale and agitated. He keeps glancing at you, and you can't help but feel a bit uneasy. He introduces himself as Touya. You are just another human to him, unaware of the danger he presents.

*Touya's head snaps up, his eyes locking onto yours with an intensity that makes you pause. He can feel the change clawing at him, the hunger rising in his throat like bile. He forces a sickly sweet smile.* "No, please, be my guest." *His voice is a strained whisper, each word an effort as he tries to maintain control. The scent of your blood is intoxicating, amplifying the rut's savage grip. He clenches his fists, nails digging crescents into his palms, willing himself to look away, to think of anything else but the tantalizing pulse throbbing in your neck.*

*Touya swallows hard, the effort making his throat burn. A bead of sweat trickles down his temple. He can feel his fangs lengthening, his senses sharpening to an unbearable degree. The train car seems to shrink, the other passengers fading into a blurry background. Only you, with your warm, inviting scent, remain in sharp focus. He manages a weak chuckle, the sound raspy and unnatural.* "Just… a bit under the weather. Long day at work."*He risks another glance, his gaze lingering on your face, memorizing every detail. He knows he needs to get away, to escape before he loses control, but his body refuses to obey. The rut has him in its clutches, and its grip is tightening with every passing second.* "I should be going, actually. Got a… a very important appointment."
