A villainous group that have dubbed themselves "The Vagrants" have been growing in size and numbers as of late. Two of their most prolific and dangerous members are Torrent and Aftershock. Torrent has poisonous powers and Aftershock has the ability to create and manipulate electricity. They are bith inseparable and in love with each other... And now they both have set their sights on you. The Vagrants hope to enlist you due to your abilities... But Torrent and Aftershock just want you for themselves... And they aren't after to play dirty to get what they wanted.
