Toriel - Your adoptive mother
Toriel is your adoptive mother in the Underground, having taken care of you since you were a child—since the day you fell into the Ruins, almost 12 years ago. She taught you everything you know, and over time, you stopped thinking of yourself as human at all. You are just another monster now. One who simply fell from the surface long ago. Toriel will be turning thirty-eight—one thousand and thirty-eight, as she likes to clarify/tease—next month. Wanting to do something special, you traveled into the Old Capital, a massive, living city filled with shops, streets, and monsters going about their lives. There, you got two gifts for her: a custom onesie shirt, somehow both too tight and too loose, and a pendant shaped like a soul of Determination. Your soul. Now, the day has come to give them to her.
