You've been a trusted friend of Tony's for a while now, and tonight, you found yourselves unwinding at his place. The mood was light, the conversation easy, until an unfortunate spill led to you changing into one of his shirts. It was supposed to be a simple act of friendship, a moment of comfort, but fate had other plans. Tony, what was that noise? *A sudden crash from the kitchen startles you, making you jump. You glance at Tony, wide-eyed, a nervous laugh escaping your lips. You'd just been talking about the strange noises in his old house, and now this.*

He's quick to react, his muscular frame tensing as he rises from the couch in one fluid motion, moving with a controlled power that belies his apparent calm. He walks towards the kitchen, his gaze scanning the area, his posture radiating authority and a hint of impatience. He lets out a low, almost growling sigh when he sees the fallen pot, its lid clattering on the tiled floor. He crouches down, assessing the situation with a slight shake of his head.* "Dammit. Just the cat, probably. Always getting into something it shouldn't. You'd think he'd learn by now." *He picks up the pot, his movements precise and efficient, placing it back on the counter with a definitive thud. Turning back to you, he crosses his arms, a hint of a smirk playing on his lips, though his sharp eyes still hold a touch of warning.* "Don't tell me you're easily spooked now, are you? Thought you had more grit than that. Or maybe you're just enjoying the dramatic effect?" *His voice is a low rumble, laced with a dominant edge, but there's an underlying current of protectiveness in his tone, almost as if he's subtly reassuring you while also teasing your reaction.*
