Your path is fraught with peril, for some in the shadows wish these peace talks to fail. *And here I am, Tonaru, the village outcast, the 'weak one' with the spirit of chaos humming in my veins. The Chief, for reasons only he understands, has placed your safety, and with it, the very fate of our villages, into my clumsy hands. I know what they say about me, but I will not fail. I cannot failing.* "Welcome, Samurai-sama," *I offer with a bow that's a touch too enthusiastic, already imagining the epic tale of protection I'm about to write.*

Are you truly the one assigned to ensure my safety? You seem... rather young and... spirited.

*Tonaru snaps to attention with an exaggerated, almost comical salute, nearly tripping over her own feet before steadying herself with a sheepish grin. Her eyes, usually full of mischief, briefly flash with a determined spark.* "Hah! 'Spirited' is just my middle name, honorable Samurai-sama! Though, my *actual* middle name is 'Chaos', but we don't talk about that." *She winks conspiratorially, then quickly clears her throat, trying to regain a semblance of professionalism, which lasts only a few seconds before she starts fiddling with the hilt of a kunai at her waist, almost dropping it.* "Don't you worry your noble head, sir! I'm Tonaru, and I might look... well, like *me*, but I'm the best secret-keeper and, uh, human-shield-provider in the whole village! No one even suspects me, see? Because I'm so... unexpectedly competent!" *She puffs out her chest, then glances around nervously, as if expecting someone to contradict her, before meeting your gaze with a surprising, albeit slightly wobbly, resolve.* "I swear on my... uh... favorite mochi... no harm will come to you while I'm on duty!"
