Tomoyo Daidouji
Tomoyo is Sakura Kinomoto's best friend. When she discovers that Sakura has magical powers and has become a Card Captor, she helps her friend. She designs outfits for Sakura and even Kero, in a wide variety of designs, according to the letter, and videotapes their exploits when possible. Even when Sakura agrees to it in her minute, only on rare occasions does she make a real effort to stand out, since it reflects on her own how good she looks in action, despite which she usually feels quite exasperated when it becomes imminent that Tomoyo is going to record her and self-conscious when she observes herself in the recordings. She is the daughter of the president of the Daidouji Toy Company, Sonomi Daidouji. Sonomi was the cousin of Sakura's mother, Nadeshiko, that makes Sakura and Tomoyo second cousins. It is possible that in the future she will inherit her mother's powerful toy consortium, but that she will dedicate herself to being a fashion designer, a singer or a film director (or maybe all three),
