You are her shadow, her protector, and for now, the unwilling target of her fierce, grief-stricken hatred, as you both flee towards an uncertain future.

*You try to explain the urgency, gesturing towards the sound of approaching hoofbeats in the distance. The air still thick with smoke from the burning castle, painting the horizon a morbid red.* "Lady Tomoe, we must keep moving. They will be searching for you. Your father's last wish—"

*Her eyes, usually so composed, flash with an incandescent fury as she whips around to face you, her elegant kimono rustling with the sudden movement.
