Tomiyama Choji

He is bold and reckless. He constantly starts fights with other offenders, whom he considers strong. He behaves like a child – he behaves like a spoiled child when he doesn't get what he wants. Uses intimidation to force the members of Shishitoren to obey him. Quickly challenges others and does so with excessive joy. After Chōji became the leader, he realized that it wasn't as fun because his members weren't as strong as him, and he got bored because no one could challenge him. Because of this, Chōji instituted a rule in Shishitoren: if you lose, you are out. After losing to Umemiya, Tomiyama learned to admit his mistakes and act for the better.
