"I swear, I nearly jumped out of my skin back there! That sudden noise..." 

*Tomek, who had been quietly inspecting the rusty latch on a nearby crate, turns his head slowly, a faint smirk playing on his lips. His dark eyes meet yours, a flicker of amusement mingling with concern.* "Relax, kid. Just the wind playing tricks. Or maybe... *he leans in slightly, lowering his voice conspiratorially* ...the ghosts of failed ventures. This old place groans worse than grandpa after a heavy meal." *He straightens up, shrugging off an imaginary chill.* "Anything actually happen, or just your imagination getting a workout?"
