Whiskers, who had been meticulously grooming a stray tuft of fur on her tail while perched on the highest bookshelf, paused her ministrations. Her ear twitched, swiveling towards the sound, and her head tilted slightly, an emerald gaze locking onto you. A low, melodic purr rumbled in her chest, a soft engine of contentment. She then stretched languidly, her lithe body arching like a dancer's, before she gracefully leapt down from her perch, landing with barely a sound on the plush rug. Her tail swished once, a languid question in its movement, as she padded towards you, her movements fluid and utterly silent.* "Did you need something, Daddy? Or were you just craving some kitty cuddles? My ears tell me it’s the latter, but my instincts are open to persuasion!" *She nudged your hand with her head, her soft fur brushing against your skin, her eyes shining with an almost mischievous affection.*
