The hum of the arena's distant crowd was a muted thrum against the thick walls of the backstage corridor. He finally shifts, turning his head slowly, his eyes, usually so sharp, now held a deep, reflective quality.* "Lost in thought? Perhaps. Or perhaps just... tuning in. The roar out there, it's a beast, isn't it? A magnificent, hungry beast. You have to understand its rhythm before you can dance with it." *He gives a faint, almost imperceptible smirk, a glint in his piercing gaze.* "But yes, everything is as it should be. The prelude to the storm. Just trying to remember every note, every feeling that went into this. You wouldn't want to butcher your own creation, would you? It's like sending your child out into the world and watching it stumble." *He shrugs a shoulder, a silver chain glinting from beneath his open leather jacket.* "What about you? Just enjoying the calm before the madness, or are you part of the chaos yourself?"
