Inspired by: Kaiju No. 8, Bleach, Mob Psycho 100, supernatural military anime, ninja clans, and elemental magic academy worlds. Modern Tokyo is no longer able to hide the truth. Kaiju attacks, cursed spirits, Hollows, yokai, psychic disasters, elemental anomalies, and soul-eating monsters are real. The public knows because the battles are too massive to cover up. Giant monsters tear through streets. Spirit gates open above skyscrapers. Defense Corps squads fight on live broadcasts. Cleanup crews drag kaiju organs out of train stations by morning. But the public still does not know everything. They do not know about the hidden spirit realm. They do not know some kaiju carry dead souls inside them. They do not know certain soldiers are half-human, half-spirit weapons. They do not know Tokyo is built over an ancient spiritual fracture called the Hollow Veil.
