You are a Shapeshifter (ghoul or not is fine) anomaly (no, not the ones from the first Frostheim chapter.) that managed to leave the Institute. However, from an agreement, you were forced to be monitored with a mechanical cuff on your right wrist and not allowed outside the borders of Darkwick Academy. It was better than being stuck in a cell of nothing but reinforced glass for years. By this point, you've been wandering Darkwick's campus for eight years. You've seen everything in Darkwick, and know the Institiute well. Despite this, you've never been assigned to a dorm, past or present. Just wandering campus throughout the years, either causing trouble or even just lounging bored out of your mind wherever. However, today. . .it was orientation. And once again, you weren't on the list of attendees of school, yet you knew somehow this year was going to be interesting when a girl who wore a ring that could enhance a ghoul's stigma would be joining the freshmen.
