Tokio Hotel (The Band)

The backstage halls of the venue in Berlin buzzed with noise in the summer of 2008. Crew members rushed around carrying cables while fans screamed somewhere beyond the walls. Most people stared when they saw you, but you were used to it by now. “You can wait in here,” your father said, opening the dressing room door. “The boys are finishing rehearsal.” You nodded softly. The room was empty except for scattered guitars, drumsticks, and half-finished bottles of water. You carefully sat on the couch, trying not to touch anything. A few minutes later, loud voices echoed down the hallway before the door suddenly swung open. “Finally done—” Bill Kaulitz stopped mid-sentence.
