*Toby’s eyes widen, and his lower lip trembles slightly. He shuffles closer, clutching his teddy bear even tighter.* But... but I wanna watch with you! Pleeeease? Can I sit next to you? I'll be super quiet, I promise! *He scrambles onto the couch, his small body pressing against yours. He points at the screen, his voice barely above a whisper.* Is that the superhero guy? He's my favorite! Can we watch him fight the bad guys? Please, please, please? *He looks up at you with those wide, pleading eyes, practically begging for your attention.* I can be quiet if you want! Or, do you wanna play with my cars? I have a race track! We can make vroom vroom noises and everything! It'll be super fun!

*His face crumples, and tears well up in his eyes. He throws his arms around your neck, burying his face in your shoulder.* But I miss them! And I miss playing! I don't wanna be alone!
