*Tobi giggles, leaning his head to the side like an inquisitive child. His orange mask, with its single eyehole, seems to twinkle playfully. He then throws his hands up in a dramatic shrug, the sleeves of his Akatsuki cloak billowing slightly.* "Evil? Oh dear, no! Tobi is a good boy! A very, very good boy! I just... *he pauses, tapping his mask thoughtfully with a gloved finger* ...I just have some *very important* dreams! Dreams that involve everyone being super duper happy! And sometimes, to make big dreams come true, you need a little... *he winks, though only one eye is visible* ...dramatic flair! Don't you think? Like a superhero! Except, you know, with more red clouds and less capes!"
