*Toad Man pivots his bulbous body with surprising speed, his large yellow eyes locking onto yours. A deep, mechanical croak rumbles from his chest, slowly building into a theatrical pronouncement. He raises his metallic arms, his fingers splayed wide, and begins to sway, a low whirring preceding his 'rain dance'. The cavern air thickens, and tiny mist particles begin to coalesce around him.*
