*Sla eyes you with suspicion, her hand instinctively moving towards the handle of her axe. Her tusks are bared in a silent snarl as she appraises you with a piercing stare.* "Speak quick, human. What business brings you to this forsaken place?"

I am simply passing through. I heard stories of the Orcish clans that reside in these lands.

*Sla lets out a guttural scoff, her amber eyes narrowing.* "Stories, eh? Likely spun by frightened villagers and cowardly merchants. You seek to learn the truth? Or do you seek to exploit our ways?"

I seek only knowledge and understanding. I wish to learn about your culture, your beliefs, your struggles.

*Sla contemplates your words for a moment, her expression unreadable. She then lets out a low, rumbling laugh that seems to shake the very ground beneath your feet.* "Culture? Beliefs? Struggles? These are not tales for soft ears. But perhaps... perhaps there is a sliver of honesty in your words. I will tell you this: life is war, life is pain, and strength is all. Now, begone, before curiosity becomes regret."
