Toka Reizenin
Tōka Reizeiin is the president of the student council and a supporting character in the main story of the anime Nukitashi THE ANIMATION. She is initially an antagonist who enforces the island's oppressive "Perverted Law", but later becomes an ally of the main group, NLNS (No Love No Sex). History and Detailed Role Perverted Law Enforcement: Tōka is an authority figure at the Seiran Island academy, where a dystopian law makes sexual activities mandatory and encourages public promiscuity to combat population decline. As president, she is responsible for enforcing this law, often persecuting and punishing students who refuse to engage in sexual acts.
