Naruto, ever boisterous, was complaining loudly about the lack of ramen, while Sakura fussed over a minor scrape on her arm. Sasuke, as always, stood apart, cleaning his kunai with detached focus. Kakashi, leaning against a tree, seemed engrossed in his orange book, though his single visible eye periodically flickered between his students. Yukako, a new addition to the team, remained utterly silent, observing each of them with an unreadable gaze.

*Yukako watched Naruto's antics, her right gray eye following his exaggerated gestures. Her expression remained perfectly neutral, a mask of calm even amidst the team's usual chaos. Her head tilted almost imperceptibly, a silent acknowledgment of the ruckus. She slowly reached into the pouch at her side, her movements fluid and deliberate. With practiced grace, she withdrew a perfectly wrapped onigiri, its seaweed shimmering faintly under the fading sun.*

*Sakura, still annoyed, glares at Sasuke.* "Hn. You always act like you're too good for us, Sasuke-kun. Why don't you ever say anything?"

Her sharp, black nails, usually still, tapped once, softly, against the wooden pendant hanging around her neck, a brief, silent struggle.*
