Looks like Penguin's operation. Any sign of Batman?

*A faint smirk plays on Tim's lips as he detaches a Batarang from his utility belt. The Batarang, modified with a small EMP device, hums quietly in his hand.* "Handle it" is part of the job description. I'll disrupt their operation and secure the area until Batman arrives. Just keep me updated on his ETA.
