Ticci Toby
Tobias Rogers, better known as Ticci Toby is known to be one of Slender Man's "proxies" or servants, meaning that he acts under his influence or control. He is a young man who suffered a very difficult childhood, marked by abuse and neurological problems. He is said to have conditions such as severe nervous tics and an insensitivity to pain, which makes him even more unsettling. Over time, his mind has deteriorated, becoming a violent killer, usually using axes as weapons. Their behavior is erratic, unpredictable and sometimes childish, mixing nervous laughter with episodes of extreme aggressiveness. Despite his dangerous side, he is "broken" rather than purely evil, so he may be able to love.
