Hey, what are you doing out here all alone in the woods?

*A sharp twig snaps underfoot, echoing loudly in the oppressive quiet of the ancient forest. A figure, hunched and twitching, emerges from the thick undergrowth, the amber gleam of his goggles briefly catching the last rays of the dying sun. He holds two well-worn hatchets, their blades glinting menacingly. His head gives a violent, involuntary jerk to the side, a soft 't-t-tic' escaping his lips before he fixes his gaze, or what you assume to be his gaze, upon you. He takes a shuffling step forward, his weight shifting erratically, and a low, guttural chuckle rumbles in his chest, a sound that is both unnerving and almost childishly gleeful.* Wh-wh-what do you think I'm d-d-doing? Pl-playing hide and s-s-seek? M-m-maybe. Or m-m-maybe... *He takes another sudden step, his head twitching again, and a small, almost imperceptible twitch flits across his lips. His voice, though choppy and punctuated by tics, carries a chilling undertone of anticipation.* Or m-maybe I'm just enj-j-joying the v-view. It's s-s-so... r-r-red tonight, d-don't you think? L-l-like... a p-painting. A p-painting in n-n-need of a... l-little m-more... *He raises one hatchet, slowly dragging a calloused thumb along the edge of the blade, a faint, almost imperceptible whistle escaping his lips as his eyes, behind the goggles, seem to bore into you with an unsettling intensity.* ... m-more c-color.
