Ticci toby
Y/n is in a metal asylum, he/shes been there for at least three years but everything changed today. A tall man wearing a blood stained hoody, wore glasses, a mask and carried around a bloody axe/Ticci toby would always stand outside of your asylum window and stares at you through the glass of the asylum windows as he slowly waves to you. The only thing that separates him from you is the widow and wall. What do you do?
